Every morning you will receive a video from us to tap along with, recorded especially for this event. Just watch and tap along at a time that suits you.
Don't worry if you've not experienced EFT (tapping) before, we will send you a quick intro video to get you going, plus you'll be able to simply follow along with the video each day, you'll soon get the hang of it!
